About us
ClaimKit Help is a small business operated by Lelia Fackler, founder. Business address: 1040 W Kettleman Lane, Suite B #2003, Lodi, CA 95240. We sell digital, downloadable guides for California small claims court.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase from ClaimKit Help. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.
Products and what they are
We sell three California-specific digital guides:
- Starter ($49): Demand letter templates and pre-court guidance.
- Core ($99): Full courtroom kit, including filing, service, evidence, and court day scripts.
- Complete ($179): Everything in Core plus judgment collection (wage garnishment, bank levies, liens).
Each guide is delivered as instant-download digital files (PDF and related documents). The guides are written for California small claims court rules as of the date of purchase. We update them periodically; you'll receive update notifications by email if you opted in.

- Print it for your own reference.
- Share it with an attorney or other professional helping you.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or repost the guides publicly.

- Use the guides to create competing products.
- Strip ClaimKit Help branding or attribution.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund. If you've worked through the materials and don't feel more prepared, email support@claimkithelp.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No hoops.
Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners (Shop Pay, PayPal, credit card processors). We never see or store your full credit card details. All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is applied where required by California law.
Intellectual property
All ClaimKit Help guides, templates, scripts, designs, and content are the copyrighted property of Lelia Fackler / ClaimKit Help. The ClaimKit Help name, tagline, and lockups are trademarks (or pending trademarks) of the same. Buying a guide does not transfer ownership; it grants you the single-user license described above.
Disclaimers
Our guides are educational. They explain California small claims court procedure as we understand it at the time of writing. We do our best to keep them current, but:
- Court rules, forms, dollar limits, and procedures change. Always check the current California Judicial Council forms (courts.ca.gov) and your local courthouse rules before filing.
- We don't guarantee any specific outcome in your case. The result depends on your facts, your evidence, the other party, and the judge.
- We don't review your case or give you advice on whether to file. That decision is yours.
- The guides are not a substitute for an attorney. For complex matters, please consult one.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by California law, ClaimKit Help and Lelia Fackler are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the guides or the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ClaimKit Help and Lelia Fackler harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the guides, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute arising under these terms or your use of the site or products will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Where permitted by law, any dispute may be resolved through small claims court (which, fittingly, is the kind of court we write about).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify email subscribers. Continued use of the site or products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
