ClaimKit Help is a small business operated by Lelia Fackler, founder. Our business mailing address is 1040 W Kettleman Lane, Suite B #2003, Lodi, CA 95240. We sell DIY guides for California small claims court.

ClaimKit Help is built for adults handling their own court cases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as you're a customer or subscriber, plus a reasonable period after that for legal, tax, and business records (typically up to 7 years for order records, and indefinitely for opted-in email subscribers until you unsubscribe).

Security

We use industry-standard security on our site and through our third-party providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, email subscribers. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
